Fish Fillets With Parsley Sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 (1 lb.) package frozen Perch Fillets
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Add 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to salad oil, mix. Rub mixture over fish. Broil over coals about 4 minutes on each side or until Fillets are well browned.
Combine mustard, butter, parsley, lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Spread 1/2 of mixture over fish. Return fish to grill till sizzling and fish flake easily. Serve with remaining sauce.
