Plaza Club Mahi mahi

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 oz. Crab Meat
1/4 cup finely diced celery
3/4 lb. avocado, finely diced
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
4 (5 oz.) Mahi-Mahi Fillets, cut in half


Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Crab Meat, celery and avocado. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Place Fillets in a lightly buttered baking pan and spread evenly with avocado mixture. Do not let the thickness of the mixture exceed 1/2". Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
