Red Russian Caviar In Cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
2 slices onion, chopped
Dash of salt & pepper to taste
1 (6 oz.) jar Red Salmon Caviar
Put all ingredients except caviar in blender. Whirl for a few seconds. Add caviar. Mix lightly and chill. Spread on toast rounds and sprinkle with dill and chives. Can also be used as a dip for vegetables.
