Simmer together 10 minutes:
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups fillet of Flounder
1/2 cup dry white wine
Simmer together 5 minutes:
1 1/2 lbs. cooked Halibut, cut into chunks
1 can broiled mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cups undiluted evaporated milk
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup sherry
6 slices buttered toast, or noodles
Add Halibut mixture to Flounder mixture. Simmer, stirring carefully so as not to break up fish. Add salt and pepper and sherry. Serve over buttered toast or noodles.
