Christmas Eve Seafood Chowder

2 cans (10 oz.) frozen Shrimp soup*
1 quart milk
2 cups water
2 package (12 oz. each) frozen Haddock Fillets
2 cans (4 1/2 oz. each) clean Shrimp (drained & rinsed)
2 package (10 oz. each) frozen Lobster Tail (cooked, cut)
1 tsp. dried green onion, chopped (or fresh)
1 tsp. thyme
Salt & pepper

Combine soup, milk and water. Bring to boil. Add fish that has been cut into 1 inch chunks. Simmer about 5 minutes. Add Shrimp, Lobster, onion and thyme. Simmer another 5 minutes. Season to taste. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.

*This is difficult to find so substitute Campbell's cream of Shrimp soup.
