Seafood Chowder

1/2 lb. bacon, minced
2 cups finely chopped celery
2 cups finely chopped onion
3 cups diced potato
1/3 cup flour
2 quart bottled Clam Juice
1-2 cups cream or half & half
1 1/2 lb. cubed Halibut or Salmon
1 1/2 lb. Imitation Crab Meat
1 cup chopped parsley

In large pot, cook bacon over medium heat until almost crisp. Add celery, onion, potato and continue to cook, stirring until onion is wilted. Sprinkle flour and add Clam Juice. Simmer until potato is tender. Add cream or half & half until broth reaches desired thickness. Then stir in fish and Crab Meat. Cook this until fish is done, about 5 minutes.
