Cod In Casserole
Cod (can add Scallops, Oysters, Shrimp, whatever)
4 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup white wine
Put fish in casserole. Melt butter, add teriyaki and bread crumbs and put on fish. Put dippity dill on top of this. Heat tomato paste with red and white wine. Add mushrooms, scallions and zucchini to wine mixture and place around sides of the fish and over top. Cook in covered dish at 350 F for 30 minutes or until fish is done. Serve with rice and almonds cooked in fish bouillon.
