Fish Casserole

1 lb. Flounder fillet
Lemon pepper flavor
Herbed bread crumbs
Crocks spreadable butter


Lay fish flat in casserole; sprinkle butter over this. Sprinkle lemon pepper over this, then spread bread crumbs. Add a little more butter over this, a wee bit more lemon pepper. Place in oven with top on it for 10 minutes and 10 minutes without top at 350 F.
