Baked Breaded Fish
1 lb. fish Fillets (Haddock, Sole or Flounder)
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 cup pastine, ground peeled tomatoes
Dip fish in bread crumbs, then place in lightly greased Pyrex or Corning Ware dish. Top with other ingredients with a few drops of oil. Bake at 375 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
