Breaded Fish Fillets
3 cups herb croutons, crushed (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 lbs. Fillets of Sole, thawed
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup melted margarine
Toss herb crumbs with cheese and paprika. Dip Fillets in milk, then in crumbs. Place fish on buttered baking dish, 9"x13"x2". Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 500 F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Serve with sliced lemon or tartar sauce.
