Baked Fish

You may use any filleted fish you like, i.e., trout, catfish, salmon.
1 stick melted butter
2 cloves minced garlic
Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Sliced lemon

Melt butter in pan, add garlic. Take each piece of fish and marinate in butter for at least an hour. Dip in mixture of bread crumbs and cheese, coating on both sides. Put back in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Do not turn. When fish is flaky, put on platter and sprinkle paprika and put a slice of lemon on each piece.
