2 large fish Fillets (any type fish)
4 green onions, chopped
1 can Crab Meat, drained
1/2 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. butter
Saute onions and 1 tablespoon butter. While onions cook, add Crab Meat. Remove from skillet. Add 1 tablespoon butter and bronze seasoned Fillets 4-5 minutes on each side on medium to high medium flame. Top Fillet with onions, Crab Meat, and cheese. Cover the Fillet and cook an additional 4 minutes until cheese is melted.
