2 catfish fillets
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 carton mushrooms
1 block Cheddar cheese
Heat up mushroom soup, add a few sliced mushrooms and 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese. Add a couple of squirts of Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt. Cook until thick and smooth. Fry the 2 fillets of fish until golden brown. Put fried fish on plate and pour sauce over fish. Serves 2.
