Fish Ole

1 1/4 pounds Cod -- or any white fish
1 cup Salsa
2 ounces lowfat monterey jack cheese -- or nonfat, grated


Place fish in a greased baking pan. Pour salsa on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serves 4.
