Italian-sauced Fish

2 (16 oz.) packages frozen Flounder Fillets, thawed
1 (8 oz.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 cup)

Arrange Fillets in single layer on well greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Mix spaghetti sauce and onion together and pour over Fillets. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F until fish flakes easily with fork, about 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for about 3 minutes until cheese melts.

Serves 6-8
