Lemon Dijon Baked Fish

1 1/2 pounds orange roughy
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
3 tablespoons butter -- melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup Ritz crackers -- crushed


Preheat oven to 425. Cut fillets in half; arrange in lightly greased 9 x 13 baker. Combine mustard, butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Baste mixture over fillets. Sprinkle fillets with cracker crumbs. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
