1 can mackerel -- water-packed skinless and boneless
2 slices Vidalia onion -- (Thick slices)
1/8 teaspoon Mrs. Dash table seasoning
1/8 teaspoon Mrs. Dash lemon herb seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon dried garlic
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Use whatever liquid is in the can, and, if necessary, add a bit of water.
Put it all into a food processor and process until it has the consistency
of a pate.
Serve with whole grain crackers and enjoy guilt-free!
