Microwave Fish Fillets In Lemon Butter
1 lb. firm fish fillets (fresh or thawed frozen)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (finely chopped)
In a microwave safe dish, arrange fillets with thickest, meatiest areas to the outside of dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a 1 quart glass measuring cup, melt butter on 70% power for 1 to 2 minutes, covered. Blend in parsley and lemon juice and pour over fish. Top with crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook on high for 9 to 11 minutes.
