4 catfish fillets, cut into bite size pieces
1 half bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 half onion, chopped
4 or 5 mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
Season with garlic powder, black pepper & a little bit of salt
Melt butter in a large pan. Saute the bell pepper, onion and mushrooms until wilted. Add fish and season. Cut lemon in half and squeeze over fish and add a little bit of water, just enough to cover fish. Let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot pasta or rice.
