10 oz. fish filets
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. imitation mayonnaise
2tbsp. chopped green onion
Dash of hot pepper sauce (opt.)
Arrange fish in a single layer on a bake and serve platter, sprayed with a release agent. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Broil filets for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove and spread topping over them. Return to oven and continue broiling 3 to 4 minutes until lightly browned. Serves 2.
