Steamed Fish

2 Tbsp. margarine
3 garlic cloves, in quarters
White Fish Fillets (Scrod, Flounder, etc.) 1 1/4 lb.


Dab margarine on fish and place garlic cloves on top of fish. Wrap fish loosely in tinfoil and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until fish is done. Remove garlic cloves. Pour 1/2 of Mojo Isleno Sauce recipe on top and serve immediately. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
