Crab Stuffed Haddock
2 good haddock fillets
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. can crab meat
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sherry (optional)
1/2 c. light cream
Combine all ingredients except fillets. Use all the liquid from mushrooms and crab. Salt and pepper to taste. Place one fillet in greased pan, spread crab dressing over it and place second fillet o top. Sprinkle with buttered breadcrumbs and paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
