Flounder Fillets With Mushrooms

4 Flounder fillets (6 Oz) Lemon-pepper
1 T Chopped scallions, tops included
3/4 c Fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced


Preheat toaster oven to 400 F. Place fish fillets on greased oven pan. Season with lemon-pepper; top with scallions and mushrooms. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until fish is done and mushrooms are tender. NOTE: Grease pan with nonstick spray for easy removal and fewer calories. Serves 2 to 4.
