3 lb Boneless chicken breast; cut into chunks
1 c Vegetable oil
1/2 c Lemonade
10 Peppercorns; crushed
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
2 ts Ginger
2 ts Curry powder
2 ts Dry mustard
2 ts Rosemary
Combine all marinade ingredients. Add chicken and marinate at least 24 hours (preferably 48), turning occasionally. Skewer and grill chicken, basting with marinade. (Swordfish can be substituted for chicken).
