1/2 c Colavita or good olive oil
1 1/2 tb Lemon juice, fresh
1 1/2 Scallions, chopped
2 tb Coriander leaves (cilantro) fresh
1/4 ts Ground pepper
1 ts Fresh ground ginger root
2 tb Rice vinegar
Fish - shark, swordfish or other
Mix oil, lemon juice, scallions, cilantro, pepper, ginger root, and rice vinegar. Pour over fish in low dish. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Grill or bake. *Burn fennel stalks in grill when cooking fish for added flavor.
