Glazed Swordfish Steaks
4 tb Butter
3 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Sherry
4 Swordfish steaks; (1 1/4" thick)
Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Cook until sugar dissolves, stirring occasonally. Divide mixture in half. Place fish on lightly greased rack of foil-lined broiler pan. Top fish with half of sugar mixture. Broil fish 8 minutes on each side or until done. Brush fish with remaining sugar mixture. Garnish with snipped cilantro. Yield: 4 servings.
