Mackerel Salad

12 oz Ready-to-eat smoked-Mackerel fillets, fresh or frozen, skinned and cubed.
10 oz Small New Potatoes, Scrubbed quartered, cooked and cooled
2 Celery Stalks, trimmed and thinly sliced
1/4 pt Reduced-Calorie Thousand Island Dressing
Chopped Fresh Chives to Garnish

In a large bowl, combine smoked-mackerel fillets, cooked potatoes, celery and dressing. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped chives.
