17 Minutes Scalloped Tuna 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) package frozen mushrooms
1 small onion, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small package potato chips, crushed
2 cans Tuna, drained and flaked
Mix soup, undrained mushrooms, onion, parsley, milk, and lemon juice. In 2 quart greased casserole, layer 1 cup crushed chips, 1/2 cup Tuna, 1/2 of soup mixture. Repeat layers and top with potato chips.
Microwave at high 17 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 8 minutes, until bubbly.
