Caper-anchovy Sauce

8 Anchovy fillets -- finely diced
1/4 c Capers
1/4 c Italian parsley -- chopped
1/2 c Olive oil
1 tb Lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Mix anchovies, capers, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste in bowl. Set aside at least 1 hour before serving.
