Smoked Haddock and Prawn Tagliatelle

9 oz Tagliatelle pasta; (250g)
1 tb Cooking oil
1 sm Onion -sliced thinly
3 oz Mushrooms - sliced; (75g)
4 oz Smoked haddock - filleted and cubed; (100g)
2 ts Schwartz Lemon and Dill Seasoning
1 ts Schwartz Chives
2 ts Lemon juice
1/4 pt Single cream; (150ml)
4 oz Peeled prawns; (100g)
Schwartz Ground Black Pepper

Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions. Meanwhile heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and mushrooms. Add the smoked haddock and fry gently for 1 - 2 minutes. Stir in the Lemon and Dill Seasoning, Chives, lemon juice, single cream and prawns. Season with salt and Pepper. Heat until simmering. Toss the pasta with the sauce to serve.
