Alaskan Sparkling Halibut
1 bottle dry white wine (not all will be used)
Ground pepper to taste
1/2 small chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
Garlic powder to taste
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
10 fresh mushrooms
Melt butter in frying pan on medium heat. Add Halibut Steaks. Pour white wine and lemon juice on Steaks. Season with garlic powder and pepper to taste. After 3 minutes, turn Steaks again and add more wine and lemon juice. Add chopped onion and mushrooms. Turn twice more. Serve.
