Simple Stuffed Flounder

1 lb Flounder
6 oz Crabmeat
1/2 c Ritz cracker crumbs
2 tb Melted butter
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
THICK WHITE SAUCE


Mix crabmeat, buttered crumbs, salt & pepper in a bowl. Lay fish flat. Spread mixture on top, then roll like a jelly roll. Place fish in shallow baking dish lined with butter, then pour white sauce over fish. Cover & bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. This dish may be prepared in individual baking dishes & served from oven to plate.
