Seafood Chowder

2 cans (10 oz. each) frozen shrimp soup
1 qt. milk
2 c. water
2 pkgs. (12 oz. each) frozen haddock fillets
2 cans (4 1/2 oz. each) cleaned shrimp, drained and rinsed
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen lobster tail, cooked and cut up
1 tsp. dried green onion
1/4 tsp. thyme
Salt and pepper


Combine soup, milk and water. Bring to boil. Add fish, cut in 1 inch chunks. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add shrimp, lobster, onion and thyme. Simmer about 5 minutes. Season to taste. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts. Serves 4-6.
