Cowboy Caviar with Warm Blue Tortillas

2 cups canned black-eyed peas
1 medium red onion -- chopped
1 serrano chili -- chopped, seeds and veins removed
1 green bell pepper -- chopped
1 red bell pepper -- chopped
3 Roma tomatoes -- chopped
1 pinch cayenne
1 bag blue corn tortillas

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except tortillas. Heat tortillas in 350 degrees oven for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
