Flounder Creole

2 T Salad oil
1 md Onion chopped
1 Clove of garlic chopped
1/2 t Chili powder
1 T Chopped parsley
1 lb Fish filled, cut up
1 Bay leaf
1 t Salt
2 t Sugar 1 green pepper chopped
1 12 oz can tomatoes
1 t Celery seed

In sauce pan, saute onion, garlic and pepper in margarine until soft. About 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. A good tip on this one is to mix your spices ahead of time in one small container.
