Broiled Bluefish with Gin

Bluefish fillets
1 Lime
1 tb Dried onion flakes
Melted butter
1 tb Gin; or so

Put fillet(s) in an oiled baking pan, sprinkle with the juice of the lime, dried onion flakes, pepper and a little melted butter. Let stand for 30 minutes or so.

Broil in preheated broiler until nearly done.

Pull out of the broiler and pour over gin -- mixed with a little more butter. Return to broiler to flame.
