Carribean Fish

1 1/2 lb Flounder or sole fillets
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Lime juice
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Bay leaf, crumbled
1 6 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 ts Coconut extract
1/2 c Water


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put fillets in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake 30 minutes, uncovered. Each
