New England Fish Chowder

1/4 c. diced salt pork
5 lg. diced potatoes
2 lg. diced onions
2 lbs. haddock
1/2 lb. chopped clams
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Fry salt pork until crispy. Cook potatoes and onions until tender; add pork, clams and haddock. Simmer until fish flakes. Add celery salt, garlic salt and pepper. Cover with milk over mixture and simmer until heated thoroughly. Let set in refrigerator overnight.
