Haddock Au Gratin with Broccoli

10 oz Pkg frozen broccoli
1 1/2 lb Haddock fillets
1 ts Salt
1 c Coarsley grated Parmesan cheese
3 tb Bread crumbs
5 tb Finely shredded leek -OR- 5 tb Finely chopped chives
3 tb Milk -OR- 3 tb Sour cream -OR- 3 tb Light cream


Preheat oven to 425. Prepare broccoli until just tender. Place in greased ovenproof dish. Place fish fillets on top; sprinkle with salt. Mix grated cheese, bread crumbs, and leeks or chives together. Blend in milk, sour cream, or cream. Dab cheese mixture over fish; bake 20-30 minutes or until fish tests done with fork. Serve with mashed potatoes.
