Special Fish Pie

350 g (12oz) haddock fillet, skinned
2 tb (30ml) cornflour
115 g (4oz) cooked, peeled prawns
198 g (7oz) can sweetcorn, drained
75 g (3oz) frozen peas
2/3 c (150ml/¬ pint) skimmed milk
2/3 c (150g/5oz) low fat fromage frais
75 g (3oz) fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
1/2 c (40g/1«oz) grated reduced fat Cheddar cheese
Salt & black pepper

* This fish pie is colourful, healthy and best of all very easy to make. For a more economical version, omit the prawns and replace with more fish fillet * Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C/375 degrees /Gas 5. Cut the haddock into bite-sized pieces and toss in cornflour to coat evenly.

Place the fish, prawns, sweetcorn and peas in an ovenproof dish. Beat together the milk, fromage frais and seasonings, then pour into the dish.

Mix together the breadcrumbs and grated cheese then spoon evenly over the top. Bake for 25-30 mins, or until golden brown. Serve hot with fresh vegetables.
