Italian Corn Crusted Baked Fish

2 c Chopped tomatoes
2 tb Minced garlic
1/4 c Olive oil
1 tb Thyme or oregano
1 lb Haddock, sole or cod
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c Yellow cornmeal mixed with Salt & pepper (1/2 tsp. ea)

Mix tomatoes, garlic, oil & thyme in bottom of baking dish. Dip fish in cornmeal & place in dish. Bake at 450 for 20-26 minutes. Top with cheese.
