Baked Flounder

4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 medium onions, sliced
1 green pepper, cut into rings
1 cup dry white wine
3/4 tsp. chervil
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
2 lbs. Flounder Fillets

Melt margarine in large skillet. Saute onions and peppers just until onions are transparent. Stir in wine, chervil, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.

Place fish Fillets in buttered baking dish; pour onion mixture over fish. Bake, basting frequently, in a 350 degree oven about 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
