Lemon Halibut

4 Halibut Fillets (7 oz. each)
Black ground pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. minced green onion
2 Tbsp. grated fresh lemon peel
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 F. Grease a 12"x8" baking dish. Wipe fish dry. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with onion and lemon peel. Dot with butter. Bake, basting once or twice with pan juices 12 to 15 minutes until done. Serve on warm platter with juices, spooned on top.
