Baked Salmon Salad 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Salmon
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup croutons, crushed
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
Drain and flake Salmon, reserving 1 tablespoon liquid. Combine Salmon with celery, peppers, onion, croutons and the 1/2 cup cheese. Blend together mayonnaise, reserved Salmon liquid, lemon juice, mustard and pepper. Turn into small microwave dish, cook, covered on High for 4 minutes.
