Broiled Halibut Quickie

2 lbs. Halibut Steaks
Juice of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp. sour cream or plain yogurt
4 Tbsp. Italian dressing
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Preheat broiler for 10 minutes. Mix sour cream, salad dressing, salt and pepper together and set aside. Arrange Halibut Steaks in a baking dish with lemon juice on bottom dish. Place under broiler 3 inches below heat; broil for 5 minutes. Turn the Steaks; spread with sour cream mixture, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Broil 5 minutes more. Serve hot. Serves 4.
