Alaska Fisherman Stew

1/2 to 1 lb. firm White Fish (Orange Roughy is good)
1 1/2 cups celery, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter

1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (7 oz.) package spaghetti
2 cups boiling water

Cut fish in cubes. Cook celery, onions, and garlic in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook slowly 15-20 minutes. Add uncooked spaghetti and boiling water, mix and cover. Cook slowly about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add fish, cover and cook slowly until fish flakes, about 10 minutes.
