Washington Red Caviar In Cream

1/2 c Dairy Sour Cream
3 oz Cream cheese
2 sl Onion, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
6 oz Red salmon caviar


Put all ingredients except caviar in blender. Whirl for a few seconds.

Remove from blender, add caviar mixing lightly. Chill

Spread on toast rounds and garnish with fresh dill sprigs.

Makes 1 1/2 cups of spread.

Or use as a dip for potato chips, scallions and carrot/celery strips.
