Ahi Poke

1 1/2 lb Ahi
1 c Limu manauea (seaweed), blanched
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Chopped green onions
2 tb Inamona (prepared ground Kukui nut)
1 ts Coarse chili pepper powder
1 ts Hawaiian salt
2 ts Sesame oil
1 ts Soy sauce

Cut ahi into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; toss gently. Chill.

Makes 6 servings.
