Crispy Flounder Fillet

1 (1/4 lb.) Flounder
2 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine, melted, divided
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. corn flake crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. sesame seed
Dash of paprika


On microwavable plate, arrange Flounder. In small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon margarine and the lemon juice; drizzle evenly over Flounder. In small bowl, combine remaining margarine with corn flake crumbs and sesame seed, spoon over Flounder and sprinkle with paprika. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, rotating plate 1/2 turn halfway through cooking.


Makes 1 serving.
