Shoyu Squid

1 Squid

1/3 c Shoyu
1 tb Sake
1/4 c Sugar
1 tb Salad oil
1/4 ts Grated ginger
1 Clove garlic; crushed

Clean squid and cut in half. Marinate 2 to 3 hours in sauce. Broil on both sides until done. Slice into bite-size pieces and serve.
